Navy Marine Corps Intranet. The Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) is a United States Department of the Navy program which was designed to provide the vast majority of information technology services for the entire Department, including the United States Navy and Marine Corps.
The NMCI contract took over the Navy's legacy computers and charges the Navy for the use of the legacy computers and the NMCI computers that can't be used for most developing. Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) and Space Systems. PEO (C4I) provides the Navy and Marine Corps with affordable, integrated and interoperable Information Warfare capability. The Program Executive Officer for PEO (C4I) is Dr. William Luebke, who assumed this post in October 2023.
