The Maple Street Chapel is a rectangular gable roof Gothic Revival church building. Its main facade faces the north. There are porches that provide entrance to the church on the northeast, the northwest and the southwest. The church has eleven large, decorative Grisaille windows, five on the east and west sides and one on the north.
