Overall rating 2.0. Effectiveness. Ease of Use. Satisfaction. Horrible product. Sugar levels went through the roof consistently. It does not work. Make you nauseous dizzy sleepy. Light headed feeling and unable to focus.

Overall rating 4.3. Effectiveness. Ease of Use. Satisfaction. I have been using this product consistently for 3-4 months and find it pretty affective. I also noticed when I let it run out and was without it for a while bloating, gas, constipation was more of a buildup.
