Coahoma Community College ( CCC) is a public historically black community college in Coahoma County, Mississippi. The college was founded in 1949 and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. It offers associate degree and certificate programs in more than 70 areas of focus.
The Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC), formerly known as the Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) is one of the two junior college athletic conferences that make up NJCAA Region 23 of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) along with the Louisiana Community Colleges Athletic Conference (LCCAC).
This reflects the elimination of football at seven Arizona community colleges in 2018; one in Minnesota and one in North Dakota in 2019; and one in Kansas in 2021.
