Click on the 'Send Document' button located at the top right corner of the screen.

A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter the recipient's email address. Enter the email address of the person you want to send the document to.

Optionally, you can add a personalized message to the recipient in the 'Message' field. This can be helpful to provide additional context or instructions.

Choose the access level for the recipient. You can select from 'View Only', 'Fill & Sign', or 'Edit' depending on the level of access you want to grant.

If you want to send a copy of the document to yourself, check the 'Send a copy to myself' box.

Scan the document you want to send. Open your email application or email website. Compose a new email message. Type the recipient's email address in the “To:” field. Click the “attach files” button. Locate and click the scanned document. Click Open. Send the message.
Place the document or picture on the scanner glass. Press Scan. Select Scan to Email. Press OK. Select outgoing email profile, then press OK. Select the email address you want to send to. Press START.

From the Start menu, open the Scan app. If you don't spot the Scan app on the Start menu, click the words All Apps in the Start menu's bottom-left corner.
