I given BetterVet 5 stars! The vet and an assistant came together to help me sick kitty. Doing this at home was a life saver. My kitty is very skiddish, but was calm and relaxed at home (as opposed to fighting, biting, stressing out and scratching at the vet's office last time). They were experts at handling my cat! It cost $85 for travel, and $110 for the sick kitty visit. There was also an annual exam done for $200 something. It was expensive, but well worth it! They also have topical medications they can order for your cat instead of pills. I would definitely use them again. Way to go BetterVet!

A great first experience with BetterVet. My older cat was increasingly stressed by her vet visits so I decided to try this alternative. She was mildly annoyed, but Dr. S. knew exactly what to do. It was a very pleasant experience for my kitty and I, and we got some amazing advice for her skin condition. I highly recommend!

Dr. Fraser and team showed up 20 minutes earlier than anticipated and took their time on everything. Then spent extra time answering my laundry list of questions I had about my 6 unexpected puppies and nursing mama puppy. Harley even let them check on the puppies, which she hasn’t done with any “outsiders” yet! Very happy I scheduled to have them out and feel much better about my puppy situation after one of the most stressful weeks of my life!

Had a consultation after my cat had a seizure because every vet in my city is booked for weeks. Not only did I get the reassurance I was looking for, but the vet I spoke to was incredibly kind and informative. Compared to the rates of other vets, I will definitely keep using BetterVet as they are able to keep their rates low and offer attentive, hands-on care which is such a huge sign of relief! Literally could not be more grateful.
