Dr. Rickel and her assistant were super nice and really showed care for my cats. The price might be a bit higher than visiting a vet ourselves, but my cats absolutely hate being in their carriers, and so this was a fantastic choice for me. Highly recommend it, I myself will use BetterVet again a year from now for their next yearly appointment. Also, the vets carry everything with them. They vaccinated my adult cats since they were long overdue, and they can also do the blood tests and stuff right away!
