Very professional, informative and kind

Dr. Rice and Marie came to my home to provide veterinary care for my senior dog who has severe anxiety about going to the vet. They were so patient and kind with her, that the visit was the best vet visit we've ever had! I will be using BetterVet for my other pets going forward, since having them come to my home is so convenient. No more putting cats in to carriers or trying to wrangle the dog into the car. I highly recommend this service to anyone who has anxiety about going to the vet....whether it's the human or the pet who has the anxiety LOL

Dr. Reitinger and Uriel Gutierrez were so fantastic! Our two, indoor only, kitties went on a hunger strike and and we couldn’t get into our brick and mortar vet’s office until over a week away. We were able to secure a mobile vet appointment with BetterVet within 48 hours of calling. They arrived super promptly and even sent a text when they were ten minutes away. They were very gentle with our scared kitties and very thorough with explaining everything. We would 100% use BetterVet again.
