This was our second stay in Radison blu, Ranchi. The experience was even better than the first one. We arrived early in the morning around 10am and staff were able to accommodate by proving early check-in for two rooms despite the hotel seems busy during the wedding/festival season in India. Guest relation team were excellent! We have been well acknowledged upon arrival and taken well care during the process. I want to say BIG thank you to Ms. Sanaya who was extremely co-operative, polite, prompt in service, humble ,smiling and caring. During the check in process, while waiting in the area my 2 years old son got hurt himself while playing. Ms Sanaya immediately managed to get first aid box and also provided ice to provide relief. My son was fine later on. She also arranged cake for us that too within 30-45 minutes from the request to surprise my parents in law in the second room. This characterize excellent customer service. Hotel ambiance was perfect, especially the lobby. Restaurant food was amazing with lot of good spread. We liked the local dishes on the Morning breakfast buffet. I recommend the hotel for the wonderful experience in your stay.

My visit was simply to visit one family. But the stay in the hotel was peaceful
Every time I visit this town I see increasingly terrible traffic in addition to horrible roads condition. Crossing roads is almost impossible for a visitor. One can not get to a store because there are hundreds of bicycles, scooters and motor bikes parked at the entrance of any store. Traffic noise is deafening. On top of it, the air pollution is quite noticeable. On the whole, once the summer capital of the State of Bihar has turn into garbage capital of Jharkhand. As have seen during my last visit ,the outskirts of the town is somewhat better but the town itself has nothing to show or be proud of. I am sorry that that making such comment but it is true. As an ex-Indian and particularly a proud ex-resident of Bihar I making these comment because once the beautiful Ranchi where summer was mild has turned into any city where let alone summer winter afternoons are hot! Beside visiting one family in Nibaranpur with great difficulty, I did not dare to venture out to do any shopping or visit any eatery.
